I’ve worked in the construction industry since 1975 and have had my own construction company since 1985. My company has won numerous awards of excellence, both local and national, for high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Click here to view my list of awards.

In 1992 I served on the Home Builders Association, Remodelors™ Council board of directors. In 1993 I enjoyed the position as the Chairman of the HBA, Remodelors™ Council and sat on the Home Builders Association board of directors. I was also elected 1993 Remodelor of the Year by peer members and associates of the Remodelors™ Council.

In February 1996 I received my Certified Graduate Remodelor™ (CGR) designation.

I prefer the challenge and diversity of remodeling over new construction. I feel that remodeling, when done correctly, is an art. Professional remodeling requires that major changes done to your home look as if they already existed. That’s why PSi Remodeling specializes in remodeling only. PSi is committed to providing you with top-quality workmanship and dependable service. We accomplish this through our knowledge and through our personalized service from the time I help you design your project to the day your project is complete. This is how I’ve built my business. Eighty percent of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals.

Please keep in mind that no matter what size or type of remodeling project you have planned for your home, your life will be disrupted during the remodeling process. There may be times when there are many workers in your home, and it may be noisy and dusty. Also, at certain phases of the project, you may have to make quick decisions and be prepared to answer pointed questions. A professional remodeler is similar to a professional tailor who is trying to altar your suit while you are wearing it.

We do everything we can to keep your inconvenience to a minimum:

• Once we start on your job we will have one of our qualified staff there on a daily basis until the job is complete.

• We will plan and schedule your project efficiently.

• We will broom clean on a daily basis, stretch plastic across doorways, and run traffic area protection strips to keep dust and dirt to a minimum.
